Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. 2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity 3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. PrimaryMandatory Skill Sets : 1. Proficiency in C#.NET, VB.NET, and ASP.NET 2. Strong knowledge of databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Access Database 3. Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular Desired Skill Sets : 1.Web application development 2.Familiarity with the MVC framework 3. Design skills with the ability to understand the entire system Good to Have: Knowledge of C++ Additional Requirements : 1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2.Must work from the office 3.Ability to troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms
