Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Location : Bangalore, Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida

Responsibilities

Lead the technical team in designing and implementing software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in software development and engineering.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
