Technical Lead FullStack Java

As a Technical Lead Full Stack Java at CitiusTech, you will be a part of an Agile team responsible for building healthcare applications and implementing new features while maintaining the highest coding development standards. You will work within a globally diverse team across different time zones and collaborate closely with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum model. Understanding Sprint requirements, participating in sprint planning, and driving assigned tasks based on project lead's direction will be key responsibilities. Ensuring complete adherence to defined architecture and design, following coding and security standards, and conducting unit testing for maximum code coverage are essential tasks. In this role, you will be required to prepare or modify low-level design documents and impact analysis documents based on requirement changes. You will also participate in design whiteboarding, create solution architecture, conduct code reviews for junior developers, and ensure coding standards are followed. Active participation in customer calls to effectively communicate technical expectations to junior developers and coordination with business analysts to update sprint backlogs will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-7 years of experience and possess an Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc). Mandatory technical skills include Core Java, SQL, Java script (Basics), Java EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JDBC, Oracle Database, Angular (Basics), Spring Boot, JPA, SOAP, REST, JSF (Good to have), CICD (Basics), GIT, and Linux (Basics). Good to have skills include Kafka, PLSQL Knowledge (Functions, stored Procs).
