• At Flatworld Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Technical Architect to join our growing team
• In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure
• You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical architectures that leverage the power of AI and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Team: Supervise a team of software developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure team collaboration and productivity.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy software applications using .Net 6 and above, ASP.NET Core, Angular 15 and above, SQL 2022, and Azure.
• Technical Design and Architecture: Create technical designs and software architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance practices to deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software solutions meet business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve software development practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors /Msters in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical lead and software developer, with strong expertise in .Net 6 and above, ASP.NET Core, Angular 15 and above, SQL 2022, and Azure.
• Good to have worked on Gen AI based technologies
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
