Technical Lead

Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing applications while working with modern software tools. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Sprint planning for requirements and implementations - Estimate the efforts required to deliver user story development - Engage in daily scrum calls to provide progress updates - Manage user stories using centralized sprint management tools such as JIRA - Develop, test, and validate user stories based on acceptance criteria and conduct demos - Contribute to sprint backlog refinement - Attend Sprint retrospective meetings to document lessons learned - Participate in PI Planning for sprints Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 3+ years of strong Python development experience - Proficiency in OOPs concepts, data structures, Python scripting, debugging, and other related concepts - Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Python frameworks such as Django or Flask, and front-end technologies like React.js - Knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP, SQL, and experience with database systems - Familiarity with software configuration management tools like Git, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD practices - Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and project management methodologies such as AGILE (SCRUM) - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities,
