Technical Lead (ERP & Systems)

As a Technical Lead specializing in ERP and Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our custom-built ERP system within a rapidly expanding manufacturing enterprise. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating 5-10 years of software development expertise, particularly with ERP systems. - Previous involvement in a manufacturing environment or working with ERP systems tailored for manufacturing processes such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), shop floor management, production planning, inventory control, and quality control. - Possessing robust project management capabilities and the ability to execute tasks effectively. - Displaying a proactive approach, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership towards assigned projects. - Having a familiarity with AI-driven development tools would be advantageous.
