Technical Lead - .Net Noida Technical Lead - .Net Noida About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience with .NET technologies, and a track record of delivering robust software solutions. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and ensure timely project delivery. What you ll do Lead and oversee the development of web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NETCore. Architect, design, and develop highly scalable, performant, and secure solutions. Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, project deadlines, and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, together requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Drive technical discussions and decisions, and provide expertise in solution architecture and system design. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce best practices in development. Ensure the team adheres to Agile processes and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead efforts to resolve them. Oversee the deployment of applications, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve team performance What you ll need Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core. Strong expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React. Solid understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Version Control Systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps tools. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization. Strong grasp of design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
