Technical Lead - DevOps AWS

As a Technical Lead - DevOps at Srijan, a Material company, you will be responsible for leading and guiding DevOps initiatives to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. With a minimum of 4+ years of industry experience and a strong knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, you will leverage your expertise in designing, implementing, and managing DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure. Your technical skills and experience will include proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, Ruby, or JavaScript, expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible, hands-on experience with CI/CD Tooling like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins, and extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, you will have experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, as well as administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows operating systems, and networking concepts including load balancing, network security, and standard protocols. It would be nice to have experience with Monitoring & Analytics Tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic, or Prometheus, enhancements in Container Orchestration such as RBAC, network policies, or service meshes, project coordination skills including managing timelines and priorities, and prior experience working in Agile teams following Agile Methodologies. Your key responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, driving automation for cloud infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring systems, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to align on technical goals, troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure and deployment issues, and mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and technical excellence.
