Area(s) of responsibility

Routine Administrative Activities
Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.
L2 escalates the problem to L3.

Installation/Upgradation/Migration of SQL Servers.
Apply any patches or service packs for SQL Server.
Configure High Availability/Disaster recovery solutions.
Configure automated alerts to send a mail to team if any issues.
Work on incidents, change tickets and problem tickets.
