Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Automation Engineer. The position includes contributing to the testing of wireless telecom and cloud-based cellular solutions of parallel wireless working both internally and with test engineers across parallel wireless sites. This offers a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the ORAN wireless technology.

What youll do:

Contribute to auto infra design and on-going development
Contribute to overall system design and architecture
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring immediate feedback on code quality and stability.
Hands-on work in a lab environment on different test setups
Work closely with R&D teams to understand system architecture, design, and functionalities.
Work with remote teams from offices out of the country.
Work in agile scrum work environment.

What you should have:

8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Solid understanding of Python language.
Experience working with automation frameworks such as Robot, Pytest, etc.
Know how to write simple scripts (python, shell or similar).
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Self-learner and ability to learn new technologies and methodologies in a relatively short time.
Hands-on experience with Linux.
Basic knowledge in networking.
Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge with Jenkins, Groovy
Prior work in a lab environment
Telecommunication experience

Education:

Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronic / Communications / Computer Science Engineering
