Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of

  10+ technical professionals

  across design, development, and implementation phases.
• Architect, design, and implement

  VoIP/SIP-based systems

  with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct

  root cause analysis

  and drive solutions for critical technical issues.
• Develop and maintain

  technical documentation

  , system designs, and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced

  video calling system solutions

• Ensure alignment of system architecture with business goals and industry standards.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in

  VoIP/SIP protocol architecture and implementation

  .
• Proven ability in

  system design and troubleshooting

  .

• Team leadership

  experience managing 10+ engineers.
• Proficiency in creating

  technical documentation and executive presentations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  video calling systems

  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of

  WebRTC

  for interoperability.
• Familiarity with the

  Video Relay Service (VRS) industry

  .
• Experience working with

  Sorenson products

  .
• Exposure to

  AWS infrastructure
