Technical Lead / Architect

As a Technical Lead at Egnify, you will play a crucial role in converting architecture and feature requirements into high-quality code. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on coding across full stack development, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. - Architecting scalable and performance-oriented solutions based on project requirements. - Maintaining the latest technology standards and best practices within the organization. - Developing the vision and roadmap for the organization's technology strategy. - Leading the architecture and execution of technological innovations. - Identifying new technology trends and monitoring evolving behaviors in the EdTech industry. - Collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to deliver new products and enhancements. - Leading strategic planning and prioritization exercises for IT projects to achieve visible milestones and delivery timelines. - Establishing risk and governance processes to ensure the safety and security of company data and user privacy information. - Managing and optimizing infrastructure assets to meet internal financial targets. - Developing, planning, and controlling the annual IT budget. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in building complex, large-scale systems. - Proficiency in MEAN and MERN stack technologies. - Experience with Node.js, Express.js, React, and GraphQL. - Ability to architect Android and iOS applications and create Progressive Web Applications. - Strong motivation to work in a startup environment, quick learner, and takes ownership of work. - Significant experience in leading large projects and teams with hands-on coding expertise. - Quick thinker, effective manager, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly analytical, technically proficient, and adaptive to learning new tools and software rapidly.
