The role of a Technical Lead at Egnify is crucial, as the candidate is expected to exhibit thought leadership in technology areas and implement innovative solutions using the latest technologies. Responsibilities: - Taking responsibility for converting architecture and feature requirements into code. - Hands-on coding across full stack development. - Architecting scalable and performance-oriented solutions as per the requirements. - Ensuring the maintenance of the latest technology standards and best practices across the organization. - Developing the vision and roadmap of the organization's technology strategy. - Leading the architecture and execution of the technology vision. - Identifying new technology trends and monitoring the evolving behavior of consumers in EdTech. - Collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements. - Leading strategic planning and prioritization exercises across different functions for IT projects, resulting in visible milestones and delivery timelines. - Establishing risk and governance processes to ensure the safety and security of company data and user privacy information. - Managing and optimizing infrastructure assets to meet internal financial targets. - Developing, planning, and controlling the annual IT budget related to development and infrastructure. Qualifications: - 5+ years of proven experience in building complex, large-scale systems. - Proficiency with MEAN and MERN stack. - Experience with technologies like Node.js, Express.js, React, GraphQL. - Ability to Architect Android and IOS applications. - Experience in creating Progressive Web Applications. - Thrives in a startup environment, quick learner, and takes ownership of work. - Highly motivated individual with significant development and delivery experience in leading large projects and teams. - Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks. - Quick thinker, effective manager, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. - Highly analytical, technically proficient, and capable of learning new tools and software quickly.
