Technical Interview Lead (For Manager & Above Level)

Role Overview:

Responsible for leading and conducting technical interviews for Manager, Senior Manager, AGM, DGM, and GM-level positions across Project Execution and related technical functions. Ensures selection of high-calibre talent aligned with PSPs technical standards, project needs, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

l Lead end-to-end technical evaluation for managerial and senior managerial candidates.

l Develop, refine, and update technical interview assessment criteria.

l Conduct structured interviews to assess domain expertise, project experience, leadership capability, and problem-solving ability.

l Evaluate expertise in project management, technical execution, resource planning, safety compliance, cost control, and quality assurance based on role.

l Score and document assessments with clear justification for selection/rejection.

l Ensure bias-free, transparent, and standardized interview practices across departments.

l Support talent acquisition team in shortlisting.

l Provide recommendations on competency gaps, training needs, and talent fit.

l Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with PSP Projects hiring policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

l Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil or related field

l 20–26 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.

l Prior experience in technical hiring, interviews, or team leadership preferred.

l Strong exposure to large-scale EPC/industrial/commercial projects.
