Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Install and set up home automation devices (smart switches, sensors, lights, voice assistants, etc.).
Perform basic wiring and configuration of smart devices.
Troubleshoot device connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, mobile apps, and integrations).
Provide on-site customer support during installation and setup.
Ensure proper documentation and feedback reporting after each job.

Requirements:

Prior experience in home automation, electrical work, or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks, IoT, and mobile apps.
Should have own tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Willingness to travel for on-site installation and support.
