Technical Executive (Non-IT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Executive (Female - Fresher) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit promotional or publishing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Assist the Event Manager with planning, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
• Communicate with college professors to collect updates, confirm details, and track progress.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, Word documents, and internal records accurately.
• Support in the formatting and basic layout of publishing content if required.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (Fresher preferred).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Location : Ganapathy, Coimbatore

Type : Full time, work from office
Timing : 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
