Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibility for both Hard Service and Soft Services Operations Responsibility for (O&M) Operation & Maintenance of Electro-Mechanical equipment. Monitoring & maintaining power distribution systems (Electrical panels like Lighting, Raw power & critical panels). Monitoring HVAC systems - CSU, PAC for critical areas like Server and Hub rooms for business requirements. & AHU. Monitoring & maintaining UPS operations and analyze the peak load on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Reporting Incidents, Performing CAPA during breakdowns and carry out the RCA to avoid the business impact in the future. To undertake the in-house project at the facility as per client requirements. Monitoring & handling the, FAPA system, Access control & CCTV systems. Implementation of Industry best practices Prepare and submission of DSR/ Weekly / Monthly ( MMR/QBR/HBR / YBR ) MIS reports Responsible for Indent manage- for both Soft services and Hard Services Preparing 52week PM planner for all equipment, Power distribution systems, and Panelboards. Maintain the water supply system and drainage line of the building. Review all the checklists daily basis and amended them based on the requirement. Make regular inspections of the building and equipment and whether repair work is needed, review safety and security equipment and procedures for adequacy. Initiatives were taken for the energy savings projects and implemented some with were good resulting. Expertise in handling Maintenance shut down with all the safety work permits in place and with all possible tests for the preventive actions required. Maintaining Invoice Tracker & to ensure all invoices are processed on time & up to date. In-depth knowledge of the Operating principles and OEM recommendation standard parameters of all major electro-mechanical brands in the facility. To ensure relevant training is conducted to Tech staff as per the training calendar. Responsible for AMC Renewals for all equipment is up to date. Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time. Ensure proper maintenance of materials and advise on technology and modifications required to improve efficiency and cost savings. Inspects HVAC, Low-Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems. Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed. Maintains documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment. Ensure system is maintained following specifications and requirements. Notify of any equipment failure to the Facilities Manager /Security Supervisor.
