Technical Documentation Executive Biogas Projects

As a Technical Documentation Executive for Biogas Projects, your role will involve preparing, organizing, and maintaining technical, design, and project-related documentation. You will closely coordinate with Engineering, Design, Production, and Project Execution teams to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain technical documents such as drawings, process sheets, manuals, and installation reports for biogas balloon and dome projects. - Coordinate with project and design teams to gather necessary data, technical specifications, and design approvals. - Ensure all documentation meets ISO / project quality standards and is easily traceable. - Create and update Bill of Materials (BOM), data sheets, testing reports, and performance certificates. - Assist in creating project proposals, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation. - Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system for project-related documents. - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary technical records. - Communicate with clients or consultants for documentation submission and clarification. - Track document revisions and maintain version control across departments. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in technical documentation, project coordination, or QA/QC within industrial or renewable energy projects (experience in biogas or waste-to-energy preferred).
