Technical Document Writer

Key Requirements:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Create product manuals with screenshots.
• Maintain proper versioning of the documents created.
• Ability to produce documents which require minimal or no changes.
• Ability to create workflows and process flows based on the understanding of the products and solutions

Experience and Qualification:

• Minimum 0-1+ years of proven experience in writing technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
• Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent technical writing and English skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality output
