Technical Director - SAP AMS

You have been invited to join a large Professional services/Management Consulting firm in Bangalore for the role of SAP AMS Consultant. With over 15 years of experience in SAP Consulting, your primary responsibility will be managing SAP AMS for mid to large size clients. Your expertise in SAP AMS projects and consulting background will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP AMS business, focusing on client acquisition and delivery. - Manage multiple SAP AMS projects with a minimum of 5 projects. - Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams to improve, optimize, and transform processes. - Implement leading practice workflows, address quality deficits, and drive operational outcomes. - Experience working as a Senior AD or Director in the field. - Drive Year-on-Year improvements in the AMS Model, including Automation, Innovation, Team Optimization, and Offshoring specifically in Indian markets like Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, and Ahmedabad. - Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Work in a multi-client shared team environment with independence and minimal supervision. - Demonstrate excellent written and communication skills. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of SAP Consulting experience. - Expertise in SAP AMS with knowledge of core modules like SD, MM, PP, FICO. - Consulting background is mandatory for this role. - Analytical and decision-making skills are essential. - Excellent written and communication skills are a must-have.
