Technical Director - SAP AMS

You are looking for a candidate to join a large Professional services/Management Consulting firm in Bangalore with over 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have mandatory skills in SAP AMS, specifically in any of the core modules like SD, MM, PP, or FICO. It is essential that applicants have a Consulting background. As a suitable candidate, you should possess at least 15 years of SAP Consulting experience and have a proven track record in managing SAP AMS for mid to large-size clients. You must have successfully handled multiple SAP AMS projects, with a minimum of 5 projects. Your role will involve leading the SAP AMS business, focusing on client acquisition and delivery. Your responsibilities will include independently and collaboratively leading client engagement workstreams to improve, optimize, and transform processes. This includes implementing leading practice workflows, addressing quality deficits, and driving operational outcomes. Additionally, you should have experience working as a Senior AD or Director. You should have a history of achieving Year-on-Year improvements in the AMS model, with a focus on automation, innovation, team optimization, and more offshoring. Your experience should specifically target the Indian market, particularly in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, and Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in working in a multi-client shared team environment is necessary. You should be capable of operating independently or with minimal supervision, and possess excellent written and communication skills.,
