As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Providing online support via email, phone, and chat - Providing excellent customer service and technical support - Dealing with day-to-day POS transactions - Solving errors/issues with invoices and technical glitches - Monitoring CCTV Qualifications Required: - Freshers to 6 months of experience - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Please note that the shift for this position is Night Shift with 5 working days.,
