Roles and responsibilities Daily claim entry for service battery inward, sending sms to distributor , dealer & customer Coordinating vehicle for receiving the batteries to factory Service battery Scrap and billing coordination Customer handling Service battery stock details sending to internal auditor Coordinating with manufacturing team regarding service issues Prepare the Every month consolidated service report Servicing batteries as per the procedure Candidates have to go for field visit Candidates must have experience in Dealing with UPS and batteries Qualification and skills BE graduates Must Minimum fresher to 1 year experience candidates in battery industries Good communication skills in English and Tamil Problem solving and analytical skills Benefits: Health insurance Provident fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types : Yearly Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: pogalur via, Annur, coimbatore Tamilnadu -641697: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: battery industries: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English, Tamil (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
