Technical Coordinator

Job Description: As a Technical Coordinator for Field Deployment (App Installation) at Sapience Publications, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of providing innovative KG curriculum solutions to schools across India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth app and laptop installations in schools, making it easier for educators to access our solutions without facing technical barriers. You will be based in Tamil Nadu with extensive travel within the state and occasional travel outside Tamil Nadu. This position is on a 1-month contract basis and welcomes candidates with 02 years of experience, including freshers. Fluency in Tamil is a must, while basic English proficiency is preferred. About the Role: In this role, you will be actively involved in deploying and installing our application in schools across Tamil Nadu and neighboring states. Your tasks will include on-site app installation, assisting school staff with basic training and troubleshooting, setting up projectors, laptops, and related hardware, as well as ensuring proper documentation and reporting after each site visit. Key Responsibilities: - Visit schools across Tamil Nadu for on-site app installation and setup. - Assist school staff with basic training and troubleshooting during installation. - Set up projectors, laptops, and related hardware at school locations. - Ensure proper documentation and reporting after each site visit. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any technical field (preferred). - Familiarity with Android/iOS app installation and basic IT support. - Willingness to travel extensively, including remote areas. - Good interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil; basic English is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Preferred: - Previous experience in a field support or tech deployment role. - Two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
