You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop content that supports our product launches, user documentation, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing materials. Research and write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including: Blog posts Product documentation/user guides Knowledge base articles Whitepapers and case studies API documentation Video scripts and tutorials (optional) Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather technical information and understand complex concepts. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Optimize content for SEO and readability based on best practices.
