Your Role and Responsibilities
Content Creation
: Develop engaging and informative content for website, blogs, eBooks, social media, presentations, guest blogging, PR, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Research & Analysis
: Periodically research and review the business communication and collaterals of contemporary companies/ OEMs/ any relevant material to create strong differentiationContent Editing & Proofreading
: Review and refine content of the team for accuracy and clarity.Content Distribution
: Strategize and distribute produced content across multiple channels and mediumsPerformance Monitoring
: Analyse & develop content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and effectiveness.Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work alongside design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and act as a marketing liaison between teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content and copy writing in an AI/Analytics/ SaaS/ IT/Technology environment with focus on Analytics.
- Proven experience in deploying business-focused literature, from idea to execution.
- Demonstrable writing and copy-editing skills for various formats relevant to the B2B environment.
- Expertise in researching from high-quality and authentic sources.
- Familiarity/ Zeal to understand established and emerging technologies and Analytics concepts.
- Capability to use GPT/LLMs but in compliance with EEAT guidelines.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Deep understanding of the AI, Analytics, SaaS, data and IT services landscape, including current trends, challenges, and key players.
- Experience in developing content strategies aligned with SEO best practices and keyword research within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to create content that targets specific buyer personas within the B2B technology space.
- Successful track record of contributing to thought leadership initiatives, such as white papers, industry reports, or webinars.
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and technical teams to create accurate and insightful content.
