Technical Content Intern

As a tech-savvy communicator with a flair for creating impactful content, you have the opportunity to join our team as a dynamic intern. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain our Customer Knowledge Base. Your tasks will include: - Creating, organizing, and updating customer-facing content to simplify complex information - Owning and managing our Knowledge Base with tools like Confluence - Designing clean and engaging visuals using Canva - Recording and editing training/demo videos for customer onboarding and support - Collaborating with product and support teams to ensure up-to-date, accurate information To qualify for this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - MBA or equivalent (preferred), with a keen interest in tech & product communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you're a natural storyteller - Hands-on experience or willingness to learn tools like Confluence, Canva, and video screen recording software - Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex topics clearly and simply - Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks Joining our team will provide you with hands-on experience working at the intersection of tech, content, and customer success.
