About Niyu Labs:

We build high-performance business software (Odoo ERP Solutions) for clients in the US and Europe. We don't do "digital marketing fluff." We solve expensive business problems with code. We are a small, profitable, high-speed team.

The Role:

smart, technical storyteller.

You will not be writing "Good Morning" posts for Instagram. You will be the bridge between our complex code (YOU WILL NOT DO CODING) and our customers' business needs. You need to understand how software works and explain it so clearly that a non-technical business owner buys it immediately.

What you will actually do:

1. Create "How-To" Video Libraries:

   Screen-record our apps, use a microphone to explain the features (voiceover), edit the video cleanly (zoom in, highlight, cut dead air), and publish on YouTube with SEO-optimized titles.

2. Build Documentation:

   Turn developer notes into professional, easy-to-read user guides (Notion/GitBook or other).

3. Intel & Research:

   Go to Reddit, Odoo Forums, and Competitor sites. Find out what users are complaining about. Tell us "Hey, everyone hates Competitor X because they lack feature Y. Let's build Y."

4. Distribution:

   intelligently answer questions in forums and link back to our helpful guides (not spamming).

You are a perfect fit if:

• You speak "Tech" & "Human":

  You know what a database or API is (or can learn fast), but you can explain it to a 5-year-old in perfect English.

• You are resourceful:

  You don't wait for instructions. If you don't know how to edit audio, you YouTube it and fix it in 20 minutes.

• You have a "Voice":

  You are comfortable speaking in a recording (clear pronunciation and energy are key).

• You are a researcher:

  You enjoy digging through internet threads to find golden insights.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English (Non-negotiable).
• Own Laptop & High-speed Internet.
• Basic Video Editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / Camtasia or any other) – No cinema skills needed, just clean instructional editing.

• No Moonlighting:

  You CANNOT work another job. Students are welcome.

The Deal:

• Work Hours:

  Flexible 8 hours/day.

• Schedule:

  Standard 6 days a week. However, if you prove you are sharp and finish targets early, we move you to a permanent 5-day work week. Results buy you freedom.

• Growth:

  You will work directly with the Founder. You will learn how to build and sell software products globally.
