Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of associate content developers, ensuring the team is aligned with monthly goals and objectives.
Take responsibility for driving the team towards achieving set targets and meeting deadlines.
Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in full-stack development technologies, such as Python, React, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve content.
Design and develop software projects in collaboration with the team to improve existing systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with languages/technologies like React, JavaScript, Node JS.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to build software projects for various tasks, showcasing the practical application of your technical knowledge.
Must be proficient in SQL querying, and good in at least one programming language like Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Strongly driven to deliver high-quality software with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborative, flexible, and open to feedback with a constant focus on team success and self-improvement.
