Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating comprehensive technical documentation that meets the needs of our users and enhances their understanding of our products. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy of content. Create and manage content for online help systems and knowledge bases. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Utilize version control systems and documentation tools to manage and track documentation updates. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in technical writing or content development. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word. Familiarity with markup languages such as HTML and Markdown. Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
