As a Java Developer at our company, you will be responsible for resolving complex problems and working on multiple development projects simultaneously. Your technical expertise will be crucial in suggesting and selecting the best technical solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring the design remains efficient and maintainable. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct peer technical reviews including design, code review, and testing - Lead a technical team when necessary - Apply Object-Oriented concepts effectively in development - Utilize expertise in Core Java, Spring (Core, MVC, ORM, AOP, Security), JPA, Spring Logging, JMS, JSP, Servlet, JSON, SQL Server, REST Services, and more - Work with application servers like Tomcat, JBOSS, Apache, Glassfish, or WebSphere - Handle XML parsing and DOM traversal - Experience in Agile/SCRUM software development - Create logical data structures, implement coding best practices, and design patterns - Contribute to product/application development and SDLC processes - Ensure the delivery of complete and quality work - Adhere to project and organizational processes and standards Qualifications Required: - Graduation with Java/J2EE training from a reputable institute Additional Company Details: - We are looking for goal-oriented individuals with a strong desire for success.
