  • Drive integration projects with third-party applications via APIs, web services, and XML-based interfaces.
  • Participate in project planning, risk mitigation, and performance tuning of ERP environments.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support live ERP deployments, ensuring security, robustness, and performance.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP technical architecture, with at least 3 years developing on IBM i/AS/400 systems.
  • Expert-level skills in RPG, CL, SQL, DB2, and experience developing on the Frontier ERP platform.
  • Proficiency with integration technologies (XML, APIs, web services) and experience with data migration tools.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) and modern software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project management abilities.
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating in cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution domain processes is highly preferred.

We'd be super excited if you have:

  • Project management certification or experience with Agile ERP implementations.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted ERP transition projects.
  • Working knowledge of BI/reporting platforms such as Crystal Reports or IBM.
