Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedTechnical Consultantwith hands-on experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions through customization, integration, and technical development, supporting business transformation and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in thedesign, development, and deploymentof Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Performcustomizations, configurations, and extensionsusing JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Workflows.
  • Develop and maintaincustom reportsusing SSRS and FetchXML.
  • Implement and managePower Platform componentsincluding Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Design and developAzure-based integrationsusing Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Jobs, and RESTful Web Services.
  • Executedata migration strategiesusing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Build and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusing Azure DevOps for automated deployments and version control.
  • UtilizeXRM Toolbox and SDK toolsfor system administration and optimization.
  • Providetechnical support and troubleshootingfor CRM-related issues.
  • Document technical designs, development processes, and user guides.

Technical Skills & Expertise

CRM Development & Customization

  • Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Workflows, Form Scripting
  • SSRS with FetchXMLfor custom reporting
  • Entity customization, business rules, and process flows

Power Platform

  • Experience with:
  • Power Automate(Flow creation and management)
  • Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps

Azure Integration

  • Hands-on with:
  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs
  • REST APIs and Web Services
  • Authentication and authorization using Azure AD

Data Management & Migration

  • Knowledge of:
  • Data import/export tools
  • KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools
  • Data mapping and transformation techniques

DevOps & Tools

  • Familiarity with:
  • Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines
  • CI/CD implementation
  • XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, Configuration Migration Tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inmigrating on-premise CRM to Dynamics 365 Online.
  • Microsoft certifications such as:
  • MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • PL-400: Power Platform Developer
  • Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies.
