TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

As a software developer in professional service engagements, you will play a crucial role in incorporating customer business logic into workflows and custom software implementations. Your responsibilities will include developing product expertise to troubleshoot integration and Indico development challenges. You will also be supporting QA & Testing of Indico workflows, including programmatic tracking of metrics to analyze differences between JSON files sets. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role or an undergraduate degree in Computer Science along with 1+ years of experience, you will be transforming technical business requirements into production code. Your expertise will be utilized in providing technical guidance on product implementation, demonstrating creative thinking by utilizing APIs for scripted solutions, and developing integrations like SalesForce. Additionally, you will identify corner cases, write unit tests, and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of machine learning concepts/statistical thinking, proficiency in Python, comfort with pytest for test coverage, and a desire to learn C#. Experience with programmatic data transformation, Git, Github, and AWS services is essential. Nice to have experience includes debugging in a Kubernetes environment, working with Docker, and familiarity with UiPath.
