Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with expertise in data visualization and data analytics to join our life sciences and healthcare technology consulting team. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence
• Proven expertise in advanced data modeling, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data quality and governance principles

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Prior experience working in the life sciences or pharma sectors (preferred but not compulsory)
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering team growth
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

What will you be doing in this role

• Plan and lead data analysis projects, guiding junior analysts to ensure successful execution and timely deliverables.
• Design and implement advanced data models and analytics solutions using tools such as Python, R, and SQL to resolve complex business challenges.
• Create and modify reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, organizing data to communicate findings effectively to decision-makers.
• Build comprehensive BI dashboards that analyze and present actionable insights to stakeholders across various business units.
• Consult with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions that improve outcomes.
• Research, automate, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and operational performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, advising them on improving technical skills and enhancing their understanding of data analytics.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks and validation checks.
