Technical Communication Manager (Incident Management)

As a Communication Manager at FIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clear and effective communication during incidents. You will be responsible for both internal and external communication, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and updated throughout the incident resolution process. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and disseminate clear, accurate, and timely updates about incidents to internal and external stakeholders - Regularly update status pages and communication channels to inform stakeholders about incident progress and resolution - Document all communication efforts and feedback received during incidents for post-incident analysis and improvement of future response strategies - Send incident notifications on major incidents to stakeholders, capturing business impact, recovery actions, and notifying both internal and external parties Qualifications Required: - 6 to 12 years of considerable knowledge of incident management principles, procedures, and techniques - Proficiency in Incident Management, Incident Management Communication, and Executive Communication - Experience with ITIL/ServiceNow - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills at all levels within the organization - Demonstrated ability to provide timely and responsive follow-through on deliverables - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision About the Company: FIS offers you an exciting opportunity to be a part of the world's leading FinTech product MNC.
