Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Communication Expert based in Muvattupuzha, with certain work-from-home opportunities. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting clear and effective technical documentation, creating press releases, managing internal communications, and establishing strategic communication plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing high-quality written materials, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in all communication materials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Internal Communications to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Writing and preparing Press Releases to convey key messages professionally
• Experience in developing Strategic Communications to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to produce clear, precise, and impactful content
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in both remote and on-site environments
• Educational background in Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields is preferred
