BOSS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodspace.ai, building a cognitive operating system for businesses. I’m looking for a hands-on Technical Co-Founder who can help architect and build the platform from the ground up.
• Lead system architecture for memory, reasoning, agents, and automation
• Build multi-agent workflows, vector memory systems, and AI-native dashboards
• Drive end-to-end engineering, infra decisions, and rapid prototyping
• Build and grow the engineering team as the product scales
• 5+ years in AI engineering, full-stack, or distributed systems
• Strong experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, and orchestration tools
• Ability to turn abstract concepts into working systems
• A zero-to-one builder mindset with high ownership
This is a pure equity role for someone who wants to co-create deep IP and help build a globally relevant AI system.
