As a Technical & Business Assistant to Management at EDAG Production Solutions India in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the office of the Director - Engineering. Your responsibilities will include producing reports, management briefings, and handling verbal and written communications with stakeholders on behalf of the Director. You will actively follow up on strategic goals, prepare corporate presentations, and provide case-wise support to other departments in special assignments. To excel in this role, you should be fluent in English and German (A2 Fluent; B1 Preferred), with proven experience in office organization. Your ability to coordinate with Department Heads, strong organizational skills, and willingness to take on more responsibilities in an international team will be key to your success. Ideally, you have previous experience working with a German or EU-based company and possess advanced skills in MS Excel, including creating graphs, tables, and lists of open points. In addition, you should be proficient in the MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and have easy access to digital tools.
