Job Description

5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Retail and SME Banking technology, with a focus on client delivery. Strong hands-on experience with functional configurations in banking platforms or similar technology solutions. Proficiency in functional configuration of core banking platforms, including workflows, business rules, and product setups. Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), data migration, and system integrations. Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with middle-ware platforms and cloud technologies is a plus. Excellent client-facing skills with a strong focus on relationship management. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
