Job Description
The role is responsible for solution engineering operations for Cloud & Security domain. Responsibilities Develop, organize, and edit technical documents as per the defined company and project guidelines. Liaise with technical lead to build and implementation of solutions. Provide operational support for enhancements and projects technical design, development - custom/configuration, deployment, and estimation. Participate in architecture, engineering, design, and deployment of solution. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting

Desired Skill sets Experience in network maintenance/ migrations/enhancements (Fortinet, Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall with switching experience)Good Knowledge in various products offered by service provider.
