Role Description

Technical Associate (Off-roll)

Candidate Requisite

The ideal candidate should hold a BE degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) and have 24 years of experience in the construction, interiors, or building materials industry. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence contractors and stakeholders. A basic understanding of acoustics, fire safety, construction drawings, and on-site coordination is essential. The candidate should be self-driven, customer-focused, and agile, with a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, along with a willingness to travel for site visits, is required.
