Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Assistant Trainee (TAT) is typically an entry-level supervisor position for recent BSc- Food Technology Possible holders.
TATs work on assignments that are designed to give them hands-on experience and training in the various aspects Maintenance/production.
They may work on Core production Operations, manufacturing, testing, quality, Inward or research and development projects, Sales and marketing, Service, Civil Construction, electronic products as per the organizational requirements.
TATs may also be responsible to implement procedures processes like QCC, 5S, Safety and Kaizens within the company.
Responsible to role model organizational values, attitudes and leader behaviors and ensure all team members are alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with good technical skills, learning orientation, highly aspirational to grow, Challenges status quo and go getter, Disciplined and Flexible to relocate and work anywhere in India can apply for these open positions.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc Food Technology 2023/2024/2025 without any active backlogs at the time of appearing for the test.

Min 55% and above in the All qualifying examination

Selection Process

- Online Test 60 Marks (60 Questions 30 Technical & 30 Aptitude)
