Job Summary: The GPM Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, cleanliness, and safety of all equipment, utilities, and facilities at the Pizza Hut outlet. This includes performing preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily checks on kitchen equipment, electrical systems, air conditioning, and plumbing. Perform preventive maintenance according to the company’s Maintenance schedule. Report and coordinate with the manager for any major repair or replacement needs. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all maintenance-related areas. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Support the store team during emergencies like power failures, water leakages, or equipment breakdowns. Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs in the GPM logbook. Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Skills & Requirements: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and instructions. Good physical stamina and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in maintenance work (preferably in QSR or hospitality) is an advantage.
