Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Assistant in Computer Science to support faculty, students, and laboratory activities. The ideal candidate should have strong programming knowledge, hands-on technical expertise, and a commitment to assisting in the smooth functioning of academic and lab sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist faculty members and students in computer labs, practical sessions, and project work.
• Provide technical support for software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lab systems.
• Support teaching and learning activities in programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python).
• Maintain records of lab equipment, software licenses, and related documentation.
• Ensure smooth conduct of lab examinations and academic workshops.
• Assist in departmental academic and administrative activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA from a recognized institution.
• Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, and Python.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to support academic projects, research, and technical events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Criteria

• Local candidates from Jhansi and nearby regions will be given preference.
• Prior experience in a similar role in academic institutions will be an added advantage.

Remuneration

As per institutional norms and candidate’s qualifications/experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,966.13 - ₹18,102.56 per month
