Technical Architect

As an experienced Network Design professional with over 10 years of expertise, you will be based in Bangalore or Pune, working from the office during the shift timing of 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST. Your primary responsibility will involve designing enterprise-grade wireless network solutions for retail and office environments, ensuring optimal AP placements and compliance with customer technology standards and security guidelines. Your key responsibilities will also include developing high-density wireless network designs, integrating Meraki & Juniper Wireless architectures, and providing design expertise and support for Juniper & Meraki switch configurations. You will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and customer IT teams to drive seamless execution, troubleshoot complex wireless issues, and participate in change control processes. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 8 years of experience in enterprise wireless & wired network design, deep expertise in Meraki Wireless or Juniper Wireless solutions, and advanced knowledge of switches, VLANs, routing protocols, and QoS best practices. Proficiency in RF design principles, antenna selection, AP placement, and wireless security mechanisms is essential. Your skill set should include expertise in WLAN standards, RF planning, channel management, Meraki Wireless Design, Juniper Mist Wireless Design, Ekahau Wireless Planning, LAN Switching Design, Cloud-managed Wireless, Wireless Security, RF Troubleshooting & Optimization, Documentation & HLD/LLD Writing, Project Experience, and Communication & Customer Interaction. Certifications like Meraki CMNA, Mist AI Certification, CWNA/CWDP, JNCIA-MistAI would be advantageous but not mandatory.
