Technical Architect Experience - 10+ years Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Notice period: Preferred candidates who can join early less than 30 days Organization: Intellect Design Arena - Product Organization ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years as an Architect in product companies. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred). Proficiency in modern stacks (Kubernetes, serverless, Kafka, GraphQL). Strong customer-facing skills (demos, workshops, whiteboarding). Nice-to-Have: Experience with AI/ML pipelines (TensorFlow, LangChain, MLOps). Knowledge of security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR). Soft Skills: "Demo mindset" Ability to simplify tech for non-technical audiences. Influencer Convince customers and internal teams on architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture Own architecture sign-off for product features, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. Translate customer requirements into technical blueprints (POCs, diagrams, RFPs). Define tech stack evolution (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures). 2. Customer Engagement Lead technical discussions/demos to showcase product capabilities and address concerns. Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to craft winning proposals . 3. Innovation & Modernization Drive cloud-native adoption (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML integrations (e.g., LLMs, predictive analytics). Champion tech debt reduction (legacy modernization, containerization). 4. Cross-Functional Leadership Align engineering, product, and DevOps teams on technical roadmap priorities .
