Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end software solutions leveraging Node.js and Java technologies.
  
• Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of complex, distributed systems and microservices.
  
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines to ensure maintainability and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
  
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize software development and performance.
  
• Drive code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship programs to uplift team capabilities.
  
• Ensure system security, scalability, reliability, and performance benchmarks are met.
  
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and roadmaps.
  
• Participate in risk analysis, capacity planning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in

  Node.js

  and

  Java

  .
• Extensive experience in designing scalable, high-availability applications and microservices architecture.
  
• Hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, message queues, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound architectural decisions.
  
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams and working in Agile environments.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
