Technical Architect

RoJob Title: Technical Architect Full Stack (Node.js, React,

Java/.NET/Python)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect – Full Stack to design and oversee the

development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong

expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, and Next.js, along with a

solid background in Java, .NET, or Python. This role requires deep technical knowledge,

leadership skills, and a proven track record of architecting scalable, secure, and high-

performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for complex full-stack enterprise applications.

• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to

translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and

maintainability.

• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and solution designs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across diverse teams.

• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and availability standards.

• Drive integration with APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services.

• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years in an

Architect role.

• Expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js for full-stack development.

• Solid background in Java, .NET, or Python for enterprise-scale solutions.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud-native development, and containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise integrations.

• Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ,

etc.).

• Exposure to data lakes, big data pipelines, or advanced analytics solutions.

• Background in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce domains is a plus.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF,

Zachman) are an advantage.
