Technical Architect - Full Stack

As a Technical Architect - Full Stack specialized in APM (Application Performance Management) with 10-14 years of experience, your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end application architecture using Python, VueJS/ReactJS, and NodeJS. You will define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for development teams while architecting and designing microservices-based solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust solutions is a key responsibility. You will lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and proof of concepts (POCs) while ensuring applications adhere to security, compliance, and performance benchmarks. Evaluating and recommending new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency, mentoring and guiding development teams, and working with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment will also be part of your tasks. Troubleshooting high-level technical issues and ensuring application stability are crucial aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - 10-13 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in architecture/design roles. - Strong expertise in Python, NodeJS, ReactJS/Vue.JS. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture. - Proficiency with databases (RDBMS like MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL and NoSQL like MongoDB/Redis). - Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). - Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle. - Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, caching, and scalability. - Good knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SAML). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
